A Nice shot of cold air will be moving in Tonight into Tuesday, on strong gusty NW Winds. Many fruit trees and flowing plants are in jeopardy of serious damage, later tonight into early Tuesday morning. Winds will begin to diminish to 5-15 MPH during the overnight hours and temps will likely be in the mid and upper 20's across much of the Delaware Valley by 5:00 or 6:00 AM. The most likely time for temps being below freezing, will be between 3:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Freezing temps of 3 hours or more can result in serious damage.
