My entirely unofficial Wednesday obs:

6:45 AM: 50°F, with fog. Need to clean off the car windows.
10:14 AM: Checked the NWS and Eastern. 65°F in the construction yard at Metropark train station.
12:00 PM: NWS calls it 71°, I'm wearing my coat, and the wind is kicking up. WTF?
1:00 PM: Here comes the rain, hard and heavy.
1:14 PM: Wow, that doughnut looks good!
1:20 PM: Is that the sun trying to come out?
8:24 PM: Way too early and too late for any good thunderstorm activity today. Besides, it's just as well; this is the line that spawned multiple long line tornadoes that killed people and decimated towns last evening.

As much as I love a good storm, you never want to see one like this.

Dee, Thanks for the great Obs reports from yesterday. I hit 71 here, just crazy stuff. Seems like all around the world, places that don't usually see snow, are getting it this winter. But here in the Vortex, we can't buy a flake this winter.
