A Cold Front Moves in Tonight. Widespread Strong to Severe Thunderstorms this Afternoon and into Tonight.

Discussion:

A Cold Front now moving through the Ohio Valley this morning, will move east and approach the Delaware Valley this afternoon and evening. With a very warm, moist, and unstable air mass in place today, A line or two of strong to Severe thunderstorms will develop, and slide east with the front. I'm expecting widespread activity from mid afternoon through later this evening for our region. Some of these storms will be Severe and could produce strong damaging winds, hail, heavy rainfall and dangerous lightning.

Today:
P.Sunny Hot and humid with showers and thunderstorms developing this afternoon. Some storms will be Severe. Highs in the Upper 80's to low 90's.

Tonight:
M.Cloudy with showers and thunderstorms mainly during the evening, some storms will be Severe. Scattered showers and thunderstorms possible overnight. Lows in the Upper 60's to low 70's.

Monday:
P.Sunny and very warm with a chance of showers and thunderstorm during the afternoon. Highs in the Upper 80's.
