Late April Nor'Easter on the way ! Much needed Rainfall for Sunday Afternoon and Sunday Night.

Hi Guys,

As we all know by now, a nice soaking rain is on the way for Later Sunday morning into Sunday night. Many areas of the Delaware Valley will see a general 1"-3" of rainfall, with a few spot picking up between 3"-4". Some localized flooding is possible over Eastern PA. Temps will be quite cool, holding in the 50's today and 40's tonight. East winds will increase to 15-30 MPH with gusts to 45/50 MPH during Sunday night, as the storm approaches the DE and NJ coastline this evening.

Folks over much of Central and Western PA will see a heavy wet snow and winds of 20-35 MPH. Snowfall amounts of 4"-8" will be common with some higher elevations seeing 8"-12" amounts. With leaves now on the trees and a heavy wet snow, then with strong winds added into the mix, this could be a very ugly scene for our friends in the central Apps from Northern WV through Western PA and into western NY State. The heaviest snow will fall Monday and Monday night.

More here with the storm, on the forum.
