I'll be doing a post this weekend with some thoughts for the second half of February. Enjoy the relaxation of this pattern, and the milder temperatures this weekend. Many signs are now pointing to a return to winter and a very favorable pattern, for more snow as we approach Mid-Month.
I'll do a detailed post and forecast this weekend. As of now PHL is above normal snowfall to date with 13.8". Here in Pittsgrove, NJ I'm at 11.0" so far and also Above normal to date.
My call for PHL/SJ and Northern DE: for the season is 22" to 28".
So we're now closing the gap, and heading into another cold and stormy pattern.
Climatology for significant snowfall is on our side for another 4 to 6 weeks, so we'll see what happens.
